Please note that proof of purchase presented within 21 days is required for an exchange and or returns. Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. We will charge a 10% restocking fee for the return items; for manufactured damaged items, there will be a complete refund. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable except for damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply. Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued we reserve the right to charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued. CANCELLED ORDERS will be treated as returned merchandise and are subject to the above conditions, unless otherwise noted. To avoid the 10% restocking fee for cancelled orders, please advise our store for a store credit or to change your order for a different home décor product.
