At GRAND INTERIORS INTERNATIONAL we take care of our customers and try to give exceptional attention to accomplish our commitment to customer satisfaction.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

Please note that proof of purchase presented within 21 days is required for an exchange and or returns. Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only.  We will charge a 10% restocking fee for the return items; for manufactured damaged items, there will be a complete refund. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable except for damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply. Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued we reserve the right to charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued. If your merchandise was received damaged or incorrect due to an error on the part of GRAND INTERIORS INTERNATIONAL, please call (561) 409-4945 to receive a prepaid UPS call tag.

The returned items must comply with the following conditions for restock or refund:
** Unused
** Unlaundered
** No stains
** No animal hair
** Must be in original packaging and folded the same way you received it.
** Pillows, comforters, blankets and all linens must not have been taken out of packaging. If we receive returns that do not comply with our above policy, they will be sent back with no credit issued and customer will pay for additional shipping charges.
CUSTOM ORDERS MONOGRAMMED/PERSONALIZED ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. These items are considered custom order items and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
 

CANCELLED ORDERS will be treated as returned merchandise and are subject to the above conditions, unless otherwise noted. To avoid the 10% restocking fee for cancelled orders, please advise our store for a store credit or to change your order for a different home décor product.

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS
Final sale and clearance items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
PRICING / DISCOUNT POLICY
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
 
GRAND INTERIORS INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the store at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event that you have been charged more than the posted price for a product at GRAND INTERIORS INTERNATIONAL, please contact our store for a refund of the overcharge. This refund will reflect changes on sale amount, tax and any applied discounts. GRAND INTERIORS INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to change any discounts applied to any order or proposal if the sale does not comply with store policy.

SHIPPING POLICY

GRAND INTERIORS INTERNATIONAL ships to all 52 US states and follows the standard methods available by UPS.
 
Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Priority and Express orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the same business day.
Orders shipped through third party or picked up from our showroom are not our responsibility from the moment merchandise leaves our facility. It is the customer’s own responsibility to ensure safety of merchandise.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
